Woman & Home magazine's food and wine director, Jane Curran, will also be joining you on this exclusive four-day foodie break in Tuscany. Not only will you eat some of the best dishes the country has to offer and drink some fabulous Tuscan wines, but you'll also learn how to create them.

Staying in a private villa set amid stunning scenery, this cooking holiday will be relaxed, fun and hands-on. Working in small groups in the kitchen of your villa, you'll be taught techniques and skills by passionate, knowledgeable local chefs, while creating regional recipes using fresh ingredients.

During your stay, you'll also join Jane for an evening talk and Q&A in which she'll offer her expert advice and insights on the world of food and drink, and tell you more about the wonderful culture of Italian cooking. There will be plenty of time for you to explore the nearby city of Florence, including wandering through its famous food markets and enjoying lunch at a local trattoria.

    As you arrive in Italy at Pisa Airport, the team will be waiting to transfer you to your villa on Flavours Holidays' private Tuscan estate just 30 minutes' drive away.

    Once there, you'll enjoy welcome drinks before your first cookery lesson with a local chef, in which you'll prepare and enjoy a wonderful evening meal.

    Guests tasting wine on a Flavours Holiday

    Following breakfast, you'll have your second hands-on Italian cookery lesson, followed by lunch. This afternoon you'll visit a local winery for a private tasting session, before returning to your villa for a dinner prepared by the chef.

    Discovering Florence

    A panorama of Florence in Italy

    After breakfast you'll spend the morning exploring the beautiful city of Florence and its amazing food market.

    You will enjoy lunch at a superb slow food trattoria that champions traditional ingredients and the time-honoured local methods of producing them. You'll then take the hour-long drive back to your villa in the late afternoon for your final cookery lesson and dinner.

    Farewell to Tuscany

    After breakfast and some time to relax, you'll be collected from your villa and transferred back to Pisa Airport for your return BA fight, ready to try out your new Italian cookery skills on friends and family at home.
