If you dream about cooking Italian dishes like a local, join food and wine writer Jane Curran in the Tuscan countryside to discover how

Delicious homemade pasta, a juicy Florentine steak, fresh aubergine parmigiana, all washed down with a glass of Chianti… Italian food is some of the best in the world. So we've teamed up with foodie specialists Flavours Holidays to create the perfect Italian cooking holiday.

Woman & Home magazine's food and wine director, Jane Curran, will also be joining you on this exclusive four-day foodie break in Tuscany. Not only will you eat some of the best dishes the country has to offer and drink some fabulous Tuscan wines, but you'll also learn how to create them.

Staying in a private villa set amid stunning scenery, this cooking holiday will be relaxed, fun and hands-on. Working in small groups in the kitchen of your villa, you'll be taught techniques and skills by passionate, knowledgeable local chefs, while creating regional recipes using fresh ingredients.

During your stay, you'll also join Jane for an evening talk and Q&A in which she'll offer her expert advice and insights on the world of food and drink, and tell you more about the wonderful culture of Italian cooking. There will be plenty of time for you to explore the nearby city of Florence, including wandering through its famous food markets and enjoying lunch at a local trattoria.
